I've worked with Michelle many times and have always enjoyed it. She's so knowledgeable and professional yet also fun and easy to talk to. She always goes above and beyond (lol see what I did there?). It seems like she knows the answers to your questions before you even ask! I appreciate her depth of knowledge and years of experience. It gives me confidence in her and her advice. Jodell was also amazing. So fun to work with, endlessly patient, and genuinely interested in what I wanted/needed. She got answers for me immediately and made herself available. I looked forward to seeing places with her and felt like she steered me in the right direction. I love my new home. And I love these two women and will recommend them to everyone!

Neil and I have worked with Michelle Borud for the sale of two houses and the purchase of two houses. Michelle is always friendly and accessible. When Michelle took time off, she always made sure we had someone that we could contact if necessary. Michelle understands the market and has a long history in the real estate market. She made sure to market the houses well with great photos of the house and yard and wrote up a detailed description of the homes, pointing out improvements we made and recommended fair sale prices. We would definitely use Michelle Borud again for any future real estate needs!

I was working on a project in Kindred and saw her sign for lots available in the new development. I gave her a call and asked about the lot. Being she knew Kindred very well, she was of great help. She gave me tips on what style and size of homes would work and also recommended the lot she thought was best for what we wanted to build. She was always responsive and was integral in me selecting a lot in Kindred

We were very happy with the analysis of our property Michelle did for us. The house sold very close to our asking price and how quickly it sold.

This sale was unique in that due to a guardianship and death of one of the owners, there was much legal paperwork that needed to be done so the sale could happen. Michelle handled all this and the challenges that came along with it very professionally, keeping the family informed on what needed to be done. Not sure what I'm supposed to type here, but Michelle was great! Was left with my fathers home when he passed and needed to sell it as fast as possible for as much as we could get for it. Michelle did an outstanding job meeting those needs and did so fast and efficiently. She was easy to communicate with and easy to get ahold of with any questions or concerns I had. I've never bought or sold a house before and she was just awesome all around making this whole process very easy for me to understand. Michelle Knows the area and the times the home would sell in Kindred and she was correct. She did a very good job.

When researching what realtor I wanted to go through at Beyond Realty Michelle's biography stood out to me. Being a first time home buyer my husband and I knew the market was competitive and we may be looking at some homes that would need a little TLC. Michelle's biography stated she had experience with a fixer upper for her first home and I felt that knowledge would be valuable asset for when we were looking at houses. Michelle is extremely friendly, funny and down to earth. It was easy to talk to Michelle and she shows interest in getting to know you. Michelle has great attention to detail and is amazing at thoroughly explaining everything. My husband and I appreciated Michelle's quick responses back to us and how flexible she was with scheduling house showings around our work schedules. Even after we closed on our house Michelle has continued to answer some last minute questions as we settle into our new home. Overall I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone!

Michelle Borud was so great to work with during the whole process of building our new house from picking out a lot to the final walk through and closing of our new house.
